Customised coach Vlinder Drongen - Eeklo

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a customized coach - Drongen - Eeklo

As a customized coach you play a dual role: on the one hand in the development of our customizations, on the other hand, in realizing the customer order. 

How specifically?

• You organize the workstation and divide the work among your team members based on the (to be learned) competencies of our tailors: you decide who sits and stands where. We don't lie down.
• You work together with the custom workers in the field: you are a collaborating coach, but not without losing track of progress.
• You continuously check the results of your team and have an eye for quality, safety and efficiency.
• You help your team grow through feedback discussions, coaching on the job, providing training, etc. and you do not lose sight of your own development.
• You are the first point of contact for our custom workers. A difficult day for a custom worker or a conflict in the team? Then you solve this where possible and refer when necessary.
• You will end up in the Pak Lab, that is: our production floor, packaging hall. Whether it concerns large or small packages, we fill and pack, label and send.
• In your job you consult with colleagues daily as well as with the customer interpreters and your manager. Sometimes assignments are outside Mirto, on site at the customer. For that a Driving License B necessary so that you and your team can go out!
• From your involvement you feel connected to Mirto's values, mission and vision and as a tailor-made coach you deal with people and materials in a respectful manner.
