Why is 11.11.11 a movement of volunteers?
The volunteers of 11.11.11 are the core of our movement. They bring their passion and invest their time to fight together for a fairer world. Volunteers strengthen the actions of 11.11.11, they mobilize their environment, and do the themes of 11.11.11 live at the local level. In this way they build and demonstrate support for international solidarity.
Volunteers are the '1's' that make our society strong and ensure the connection between local engagement and global challenges.
How to set the 11.11.11-volunteers participate?
The volunteers of 11.11.11 are committed in all sorts of ways. They organize local actions and activities, or go out together. They are united in a permanent local group or organize an action for a group of friends. 11.11.11.
They participate with 11.11.11 at national demonstrations or hold protests on the streets.
At a local level, the highlight of the 11.11.11-year the autumn campaign. Thousands of volunteers participate in hundreds of actions throughout Flanders and Brussels.
No matter how big or small the commitment, our volunteers are worth their weight in gold to us.
