Binnen de afdeling Verblijf zijn we zijn op zoek naar een begeleider voor wonen  Sterrenhuis (Woning 7, Augustijnslei 78, 2930 Brasschaat).

Core mission

  • You guide and support everyday life in a residential situation for adults with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities during the day, evening and weekend. No nights.
  • Je doet kleine activiteiten op maat van de bewoners.
  • You help ensure the physical and emotional well-being of each resident.
  • You work client-oriented and you regard parents, other support figures and regular services as partners in guidance.
  • You take on shared responsibilities within a team.

Desired profile

You recognize yourself in this

  • You have a bachelor's degree in social work.
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen en houdt van een uitdaging.
  • You preferably have experience with complex issues (ASD, attachment issues, etc.).
  • You enjoy developing and offering activities, taking into account the specific and sometimes complex care needs of our clients.
  • Being able to find a smooth balance between individual and group work and being able to work independently are among your competencies.
  • You can work in a client-oriented manner and you regard parents and other support figures as partners in guidance.

What do we offer you?

You will be paid according to VAPH PC 319.01 scale and relevant work experience. 

Jouw werkplek wordt het Sterrenhuis, Augustijnslei 78 in Brasschaat, een rustige plek dicht bij de dorpskern. We zijn gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de fiets, het openbaar vervoer en de wagen.
