We are looking for an Operational Manager for our Children and Youth Support Team and for our night shift. These two activities serve our entire Children and Youth department (Miksebaan 264b campus and Boskapellei campus, Brasschaat).
Core mission
- As Operations Manager, you'll have a managerial role. You'll be responsible for coaching and guiding the support team and the night supervisors. You'll be a strong operational manager for these teams.
- You report directly to the Cluster Manager of your department and work closely with the Content Manager of the support team.
- As Operations Manager, you'll also participate in the operations. For the support team, this means 50% of the time, personally supervising young people attending day care or evening activities. For the night team, this means occasionally working an active night shift.
Target audience
- Children and young people from the MFC and OBC (ages 3-21). We are recognized for children and young people with ASD, behavioral problems, GES+, and/or mild to moderate intellectual disabilities. There are 11 residential groups located at Miksebaan 264b and 4 at Boskapellei 68, Brasschaat.
Diploma
- At least a Bachelor's degree with a pedagogical, social or paramedical orientation.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as an educator or supervisor with a similar target group.
