Job description
vzw Groeisels offers a second location where tailor-made care and inclusive, meaningful daytime activities can develop.
The Edible Forest Garden is a herb and fruit nursery in Stekene. We'd love to transform this beautiful space into a valuable care project. A place where both plants and people can thrive.
We're looking for a volunteer to manage a care program for one or two half-days. You'll be supporting one to a maximum of five participants, along with another volunteer.
Desired profile
Are you the warm person with a big heart we are looking for?
We are looking for someone with experience in the healthcare or who is pursuing a related education.
Do you enjoy digging in the soil with your own hands? Do you enjoy being outdoors?
After an introductory period, you can eventually start working independently and, together with the participants, organize a safe environment where growth can occur.
Seeing it as a challenge to find suitable work for each participant, allowing for personalized care. Humor and finding moments of peace together are also part of that ;)
Our offer
