In close collaboration with the Head of Recruitment, you will coordinate daily activities and implement strategic initiatives that strengthen MSF OCB’s global recruitment efforts. You will drive a unified, impactful approach to talent marketing—expanding reach, ensuring consistency, and supporting sustainable humanitarian action. Grounded in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI/DARA) and safe recruitment practices, your work will help build inclusive, representative teams that reflect the communities we serve.
