Omschrijving van de vacature
Match is a Brussels-based LGBTQIA+ organization that sets up projects with a specific focus on women, trans and non-binary people, people of color, and people with disabilities. These events are creative and connecting initiatives in which our target group can make their voices heard.
As an intern, you will actively participate in the preparation, organization, and communication of these projects. You will be given the opportunity to take on tasks independently and contribute new ideas. The internship focuses on social, cultural, or educational projects.
Gewenst profiel
- - You are committed, take initiative, and work in an open and inclusive manner.
- - Language: English; Dutch or French is a plus.
- - You communicate clearly and can work both independently and in a team.
- - Experience is a bonus, but motivation and eagerness to learn are what count most.

Selectieprocedure
After you apply, we will contact you for a short introductory interview.
Together, we will discuss what motivates you and whether the internship fits in well with our way of working.
The aim is for you to start about a month before the current intern leaves, so that there is enough time for a smooth handover and induction.
