Want to use Citrix outside your office?
Then you need to connect through FortiClient, first.

Access to Citrix outside the office
If you are not in the office or working on your own device, you will need to connect to the 11.system using FortiClient.
When using your own device, you need to install some software:
- Install the Citrix receiver
- Install the Forticlient
This video explains how to configure Forticlient (you only need to do this once).
HINT: Carry out the instructions in the video while playing it & pause at every step.
You can verify the forticlient is connected in if the icon (green shield with orange lock) below appears in your taskbar
The configuration described in the above movie, only has to be performed once on a computer.
Once FortiClient is configuerd, you can connect by right-clicking on the icon in your taskbar and selecting Connect to "11".
