Dynamic and adaptive future pathways

Fri 6 May from 12.15am to 1.15pm CEST

Speaker: Aline de Araujo Alonso (Butterfly Works)

Language: English

Organisations and individuals working in international cooperation are often all facing complex changes and accelerating developments. There are many uncertainties about a myriad of external factors, such as the Covid pandemic, global economic developments, increased polarization, geopolitical conflicts, climate change but also changing donor contributions and the rise of new technologies

In this workshop we will present the dynamic and adaptive future pathways methodology, a strategic and creative process to define a roadmap that can withstand uncertain and complex futures.

In an interactive session we will practice with this method to create your own pathways to withstand an uncertain future.
