Missie

Educ4All is a non-profit organization (NPO). It's team consists of educators and people involved in the area of education and community building whose common objective is to design and implement international educational projects as volunteers. It is created to offer gratuitous training sessions to schools, educators, student teachers and students of educational studies in the developing world as a means to assist their professional life.

Educ4All subscribes to the ideals expressed in UNESCO’s Education For All as well as in its Universal Declaration on Cultural Diversity (2001). It believes that educational empowerment, contextually effective schooling, and cultural diversity are ways to enhance the ‘common heritage’ of our humankind.

Educational approach

In its workshops and training projects, Educ4All applies a combined constructivist and multicultural approach, which is also inspired by the pedagogy of the oppressed.

With its work, Educ4All seeks to develop the competences needed by the trainees in order to enhance the quality of their teaching and/or educational interventions. To that end, Educ4All uses teaching material that promotes ‘learning to know, learning to do, learning to live together, and learning to be (active, critical and innovative world citizens)’.

Educ4All provides its trainees with talent-enhancing and excellence-oriented teaching and learning strategies so that they may, in turn, empower their pupils, students and others with to play an active role in their society according to their talents and potentials.
