How can organisations prepare themselves to respond more swiftly to ever-changing circumstances?

The world is continuously changing, and those who do not adapt run the risk of falling behind. Yesterday's organisational models and structures may no longer fit tomorrow's context. How can organisations prepare themselves to respond more swiftly to ever-changing circumstances?

Three speakers from three different backgrounds weigh in on how organisations can adapt. Workitects aims to let people reach their highest potential by seeking positive change in the way work is organised. Bond Beter Leefmilieu has changed from a hierarchic organisation to a network organisation. Streetwize, the business component of Mobile School, stands for purpose-driven organisational change.

Speakers

Seth Maenen is a "workitect" (Change Manager) at Workitects. He is always on the lookout for connections between theory, practice, data, and practice. His focus lies on developing well-substantiated and, if possible, data-driven interventions for organisations. He is an expert in change management, organisation design, strategy, project management, process analysis, leadership, job content, team development, and autonomous teams.
