Organizations from the social or non-profit sector or the government can publish vacancies on the vacancy bank of 11.11.11:

  • Organisations from the social or non-profit sector (non-profit organisations, de facto associations from the cultural, international solidarity, migration, education, youth work, health care, etc.)
  • Government institutions and related non-profit organisations (municipalities, provinces, Flanders, federal, European)
  • Individuals with a disability who need assistance in performing daily tasks. We are thinking of people with a Personal Assistance Budget or a Personal Following Budget (PVB)
  • HR companies that place vacancies on behalf of non-profit organizations or governments

Political parties and factions, like profit organizations, cannot publish vacancies on the vacancy bank. 11.11.11.

In the vacancy bank we collect vacancies for people who are looking for a job in the social or non-profit sector, with a focus on these sectors:

  • international solidarity
  • migration and refugees
  • environment and sustainability
  • health care and welfare
  • culture
  • youth work
  • education
  • job guidance

Non-profit organisations from these sectors can publish all their vacancies. For organisations from the government sector we ask to only publish vacancies for services related to these sectors.

Organizations from the social and non-profit and government institutions can publish their vacancies for free on our vacancy bank. You can always show your appreciation with a free contribution (11.be/make-a-donation). All support, big or small, is welcome!

To publish vacancies you need an account that is linked to your organization. You can request an account via 11.be/user/register. Are you requesting an account for an organization that is already registered on the website? Then select your organization in the drop down list in the form. Is your organization not registered yet? Then fill in your organization in the text field

Be careful. You must fill in at least one of the two organization fields.  We can only approve accounts that are linked to an organization.

We will then review your application as soon as possible. If we approve your application, you will receive an email with the necessary information to log in and get started.

In principle, our database is only available to organizations. We make an exception for people with a PVB or PAB. They can also publish vacancies. Because our database only works for accounts that are connected to an organization, you as an individual must still fill in an organization. We suggest something like PAB or PVB followed by the family name or the municipality. Or another name from which we can deduce that you want to post vacancies as an individual with a PAB or PVB.

We sometimes receive requests that do not appear to come from an individual or an organization and want to prevent these suspicious accounts from gaining access to our website. It also happens regularly that someone requests an account for a new organization while that organization already exists in the vacancy bank. To avoid these duplicates, we have added an extra check. We also want to assess whether an organization belongs to the social or non-profit or to the government sector.

We try to process new applications as quickly as possible. However, we do not have a permanent helpdesk for the vacancy database. This means that our employees have many other tasks in addition to the vacancy database. That is why it can sometimes take a little longer before we can process your application. In principle, we process your application within two days. Exceptionally, it can take up to a week.

That is certainly possible. Select your registration your organization in the drop-down list. When we assess your application, we will check, for example, the domain name in your email address, whether you can get access to the organization. If in doubt, we will contact the existing accounts of the organization.

After approval, each account connected to your organization can publish vacancies for your organization. On your profile page, in the overview of vacancies, you will see not only your vacancies, but also the vacancies that your colleague has published. You can manage and adjust these vacancies together.

You can set a new password via the login page. You can reach it via the person icon at the top right of the 11.be website. Or directly via 11.be/user/login. Click on the 'Reset your password' button. Enter your username or email address there, and click on the 'Reset your password' button again, but this time at the bottom of the page.

You will receive an email with which you can set your password.

  • First check your spam box or your Junk mail folder. Some mail servers also block emails sent from a website. Check with your organization if this is the case.
  • You can't find the email anywhere? Then the username or email address is not known in our database. Either you don't have an account, your account has been deleted, or you are using the wrong username or email address.

If possible, try another email address. If this does not work, request a new account via 11.be/user/register. Find your organization in the dropdown list.

When you request a new account and submit the form to 11.be/user/register, a confirmation will first appear in a pop-up at the top of your screen.

If you do not see this pop-up, you have not filled in a field correctly. Try again.

If you do see that pop-up, you will normally also receive a confirmation email in your mailbox. If you do not receive it, check your spam box or ask your organization whether the mail server blocks such emails. If you still cannot find the email, you have probably entered an email address that is not entirely correct. Request a new account again.
