Wervel connects eaters and farmers, processors and distributors who take food into their own hands, to learn from each other. Together with them, Wervel works on a
food supply that is socially fair, culturally embedded and ecologically restorative.

By developing innovative practices and disseminating accumulated knowledge, Wervel inspires the debate on food supply.
