FMDO (Federation of Global and Democratic Organisations) connects and strengthens people in the super-diverse society of today and tomorrow. 

We do this with socio-cultural associations and dedicated volunteers who form the heart of FMDO. Together, we create space for dialogue and encounter. We focus on innovative initiatives that strengthen the social participation and the voice of people with a migration background in the public debate. 

Through the power of diversity, we build bridges between people and overcome polarization in a positive way.
