CEDECO

Since its foundation in 2008, CEDECO has been working on various themes such as democracy and good governance, human rights and children's rights. The organisation is a research and documentation centre for civil society and uses analyses to map the needs of the population. They produce annual reports on the role and needs of government agencies and strengthen the capacity of civil society organisations to follow up parliamentary actions through training. CEDECO also facilitates dialogue between civil society and the provincial government, which ensures that elected representatives are directly accountable to their voters. Through these dialogues and critical reports, among other things, CEDECO holds the government accountable for its policy.
