How do we create impact?

Ecuador, Burundi, Indonesia, Palestine, Congo, ... the partners of 11.11.11 are located all over the world. Each and every one of them is a daredevil who enforces sustainable change in their country. By working together with them structurally, we opt for positive solutions in the long term. 

Because policymakers hold the key to structurally eliminating injustice and exploitation from the world. We are constantly pulling on the sleeves of politicians, both at Flemish, federal, European and international level. With policy proposals, reports and petitions we put pressure to anchor international solidarity in policy. 

Also in Belgium bundles 11.11.11 as an umbrella organization of international solidarity, the forces of dozens of member organizations and hundreds of citizen initiatives. In this way, our voice becomes louder, also among politicians. Do you support us? Then you also support a large part of our 52 members.

As an umbrella organisation, we bring together all the 1s who want to make their voices heard for international solidarity. Every year, thousands of volunteers in Flanders and Brussels go out to collect money. And to increase the pressure on politicians, we regularly take to the streets with them. With protest actions and petitions, we put the fire under their shins. 

Without the support of our tens of thousands of donors, our fight for a just world would not be possible. We are incredibly grateful for every gift.
