Return of sales products in 2025
Do you still have any questions after your sales campaign? 11.11.11-products on surplus? Please return them as soon as possible. That way your surplus may still serve another volunteer group.
How is the return going this year?
Do you have surplus sales materials? Then you can send it back. Please note: we CANNOT take back truffles. We ask you again to send the material back to our logistics partner, custom company IJsedal in Overijse.
Because problems regularly arise with collection via bpost, we recommend that you to be delivered to a post office yourself from bpost. But you can also have it picked up at your home if you wish. Please note that you available all day You can choose a date, but we cannot agree on a time slot with bpost.
We together ensure that this process, which is free for you, is easy using the steps described below. The deadline for requesting your return is Monday, January 12, 2026.
CONVREET PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS WHEN YOU RETURN:
Step 1: Pack your materials
You pack the remaining products as compactly as possible in boxes (max. 20 kg/box and fill empty spaces as much as possible). You may put different products together to achieve this.
Step 2: Request your return
Fill in after your action the form at the bottom this page. We request this information:
- The total number of boxes (including estimated volume and weight) that you wish to return.
- How you want to make the return:
Do you deliver the boxes to a post office yourself, do you choose to have them collected from your home, or do you return the material yourself? - When choosing a post point:
Email address and mobile number of the person who will send the package.
Please return your minimum 1 week before to request this date. - If you choose home collection:
- Address, mobile number and email address of the person from whom we can collect the return
- Desired pick-up date (only on working days). Please note that you that full day available must be.
Please return your minimum 1 week before to request the desired pick-up date. - Delivery note number (can be found on the letter that is stuck on each box upon receipt. Can't find this number? Fill it in on the form)
Step 3: Stick the labels on the boxes
You will receive from Customised Company IJsedal via email at least 48 hours before the desired date of shipment or collection labels with a code on it. You print these labels and stick them on all the boxes you want to return. Also be sure to check your spam to see if the email has ended up there.
Step 4: Take the boxes to the post office or give them to the mailman
With the labels you can send the boxes for free or have them picked up.
Bring the boxes to a post office in your area on your desired date of shipment. If you choose to collect, bpost will collect your boxes on the date you have indicated and which you will find in the email from Maatwerkbedrijf IJsedal. They can only take the boxes if there is a label on each box.

What are you returning?
Clothes pegs, greeting cards, bicycle pictures, crayons and chocolate are eligible for return. Truffles may not be returned due to a limited shelf life. Have you not sold all the truffles? Feel free to contact a movement employee via volunteer@11.be to see how you can solve this together.

If you see ways to sell before 31/12 (think family and friends during the end of the year, Christmas cards, etc.), we won't stop you. Every little bit helps.

Are you unsure whether to return via a postal point or collect from home?
Know that it is for 11.11.11 cheaper when you return via a post office. For you it is easy that you do not have to stay home all day. Moreover, we have learned in previous years that the collection on a chosen date sometimes goes wrong.
Can the municipality pay for your return?
If you receive an operating allowance from the municipality or the municipality reimburses your expenses, you can send your return yourself via the post office to the custom company Ijsedal (Schavei 75 - 3090 Overijse). Please let us know. via the form below.
