The bus campaign is one of the largest sources of income 11.11.11 during the fall campaign. Last year, 94 groups distributed 652.216 letters. And that yielded. 2.231 donors gave a total of 157.272 euros for 11.11.11. 756 of these were people who had not yet made a donation for 11.11.11. And many of those new donors make a second donation the following year! Find out more in our infographic.

To order letters, create a campaign page through this link. Create a profile or log in with your existing profile via the login button (the man) at the top right. Fill in the form with information about where you are going to bus. We will deliver the number of letters you need in time.

If you want to bus a specific municipality or district, you can find information about the number of addresses via:

Enter the municipality in the search bar; if there are multiple results, click the municipality name. You should now be able to see the number of addresses for the entire municipality and per district.

That's always a bit of a guess and varies by region, urban or rural area, number of apartments with many mailboxes, etc.
We propose to 100 letters per person per hour that you want to order buses.

The letters arrive printed as a parcel, a few days to a week after you place your order. There are approximately 1000 letters in a box.
In the order form you can choose whether you want your letters pleated or not folded.
Be sure to choose the pleated oneYou can simply fold these and put them in your mailbox. No envelope is needed.

Our solidarity letters are not advertising, but they do fall under unaddressed printed matter. Municipalities use this different rules: sometimes you have to pay taxes, sometimes you don't, and sometimes there are exceptions.

11.11.11 does not have an overview of these rules, because they differ per municipality and change regularly.

We recommend that look up the rules in your municipality online. You can usually find these on the municipal website or in reports from the municipal council. 

You can often submit an application via a form. If not, contact the competent services: the International Solidarity Service or the Municipal Tax Service. You can do this template to use: Template application for authorization distribution.docx 

Even with permission, you may not deliver letters to mailboxes with a "no unaddressed printed matter" sticker. If you are required to pay tax, please contact stijn.stevens@11.be.

Of course! In February we will send you an email with information about what the promotions are for 11.11.11 in your municipality. The income from your bus campaign can be determined approximately based on the postcode where you bussed. 

The money you raise will go towards the operation of 11.11.11. This allows us to support many activists and organizations worldwide in their fight for justice. Discover on this page how 11.11.11 distributes and spends its resources.
