• De responsibility content information about the 4th Pillar project among the project members themselves. The contact person of that organisation can always update the information on our website. The 4th Pillar Support Point can adjust or remove content on the pages of organisations if that content violates Belgian law. Each 4th Pillar organisation is responsible for information that they distribute via their own communication channels. Even though www.4depijler.be refers to those communication channels, the 4th Pillar Support Point or 11.11.11 cannot be held responsible for this.
• The registration on the website and the general communication of the 4th pillar support point is in Dutch.
• Registration on the 4th Pillar website is limited to organizations that have a active operation to have in or from Flanders or BrusselsOnly organisations that undertake an international solidarity project from Flanders or Brussels and do not belong to any of the other three pillars of international solidarity are 4th Pillar organizations. In addition, we reject organizations that exist solely to spread a religious or political ideology or have exclusively commercial objectives.
• The administrators of the 4th Pillar website reserve the right to refuse any registration that is not in line with the vision and mission of the 4th Pillar Support Center and/or the criteria described above.

Use of the website

This website is owned by 11.11.11 and is managed by the 4th Pillar Support Point. The 4th Pillar Support Point is part of 11.11.11 and specifically supports 4th Pillar organisations in Flanders and Brussels. Access to or use of this website is subject to the general terms and conditions set out below. You are expected to take note of these and accept the general terms and conditions without any reservation.

This website aims to provide all users with information about the 4th Pillar. In addition, we bundle initiatives that belong under the heading '4th Pillar' in Flanders. You can find this database on the page 'find an organization'.

The registration of an organization should not be considered as any form of approval or recognition by 11.11.11, nor by the Flemish Government. The 4th Pillar Support Centre does not make a content or quality analysis of the registrations.

All information on the website is of a general nature, unless expressly stated otherwise. The information is not adapted to circumstances that are specific to a person or organization, and you may not consider this information as personal, professional or legal advice or an equivalent thereof. Information and documents made available on or via this website may not be considered as an authentic copy of the officially adopted text. What information is welcome on this website?

The 4th Pillars are themselves responsible for their contributions to this website. 11.11.11 does not in principle censor but does monitor the content of this website. 11.11.11 reserves the right to ban or remove organizations that:

• the contribution on this website constitutes a violation of children's rights or human rights or is contrary to public order and morality;
• the purpose has a clearly commercial character;
• the purpose is solely to spread religious or political ideas;
• the members of the organization have been convicted of violations of children's rights, human rights or fraudulent practices.

The registered organisations are actively invited every 2 years to update their data on the website. If an answer to this call is not received within the foreseen period or if the administrators determine that the organisation is no longer active or its data on the website is no longer up-to-date, the data of this organisation will be removed from the website.

11.11.11 pays a lot of attention and care to the website for the 4th Pillar and strives to ensure that all information is as complete, correct, understandable, accurate and up-to-date as possible. Despite all continuous efforts, 11.11.11 not guarantee that the information provided is complete, correct, accurate or up to date.
